Where We Ship

We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada.

We’re sorry, but we do not ship to APO, FPO and DOP addresses at this time.

Production Time – Non-Wedding Orders

Most of our custom gift bows are made and shipped within 48 hours.

Our 8-inch bows are packed and shipped within 24 hours, and include free shipping to anywhere in the US. If you live in Canada, please call us at for exact shipping rates.

Our other non-custom made products are usually shipped in one business day.

For any orders placed after 4pm on weekdays, on weekends or holidays, the 48-hour window begins the following business day.

Any special orders (beyond color choices) may require an extra day to produce.

We reserve the right to extend the shipping time to four days during our busiest season, which is from the middle of November through December.

Production Time – Wedding Orders

Wedding pew bows are made and shipped in 5-7 days.

Standard Shipping Methods & Times

Items shipped in the continental US are shipped via Ground Service using USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Items sent to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are shipped via Priority Mail using USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Items sent to a location in the continental US will arrive 3-5 days after they’re shipped.

Items sent to Hawaii and Alaska will arrive 5-10 days after they’re shipped.

Items sent to a location in Canada will arrive 10-14 days after they’re shipped.

Express Shipping Methods & Times

We also offer the option to ship your order via USPS Express Mail.

For most locations this means the items are shipped in 24 hours.

In other locations Express Mail can take up to 48 hours to arrive.

When customers select Express Mail we do everything we can to ship the bow in 24 hours rather than 48.

Express Mail costs vary by location.

USPS does guarantee Express Mail orders, and they will refund shipping costs if an order does not arrive in time.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping manager is dedicated to finding the best possible prices available via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Because of this, our shipping rates are very competitive.

You’ll see the finalized shipping cost during the checkout process.

Refunds and Replacements for Custom-Made Items

Most of our bows are custom-made, which means they’re created upon request. Because of this, we do not refund customers who are dissatisfied with a bow they have already purchased.

We also do not refund bows that do not arrive in time for your occasion due to circumstances beyond our control. If we ship the bow within our established
48-hour window, we have met our obligation, and the shipping service is then responsible for your package.

If the bow is damaged in transit, we’ll be happy to replace it, using the original order.

Refunds for All Other Items

Any item that is not custom-made may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
